dc.description.abstracten	The object of this investigation is the Social Net articulated by the caregiver to attend the demands of Dependent of Technology Children (CDTs) due the Primary Immunodeficiency (IDP). The objectives are characterize the caregiver ´s social-economical profile of children by IDP and analyze the social net articulated by the caregiver to attend the demands of children by IDP. The subjects are six caregivers of children with IDP who receive assistance in the Hospital Dia Pediátrico (HDP) (“Pediatrics Day Hospital”) of the Hospital dos Servidores do Estado (“Hospital of the Workers of the State”) (HSE/RJ). It is a question of a Case Study with qualitative method, whose data were obtained through a questionnaire with semi-structured questions. The Genogram and Ecomap (WRIGHT and LEAHEY) aimed at the familiar connections and of the caregiver ´s world. The study was realized in accordance with the Resolução do Conselho Nacional de Saúde (“Resolution of the Health National Council .There were considered the categories: Profile of the families and the Social Net of the caregivers through the genogram and ecomap that present the sub categories: the technological support and the demands for the care, net of the support and wear of micro and of the macro – universe, the cruxes of the public policies and, the winding way to the integrality. The types of aid perceived by the caregivers were institutional support, divisions of tasks, affective support, economical aid, leisure and access to the information. In the face of the conflicts unveil in an immense way in that the caregiver needs to make up in search of the attendance to the health of his children. The route of the caregiver through the ecomap, shows the confrontation among the demands of the CDTs, legally prepared to and the access made difficult or refused by the net of health.	pt_BR

dc.description.abstractpt	O objeto desta investigação é a Rede Social articulada pela cuidadora para atender as demandas de Crianças Dependentes de Tecnologia (CDTs) devido a Imunodeficiência Primária (IDP). Os objetivos são caracterizar o perfil socio-econômico da cuidadora de crianças por IDP e analisar a rede social articulada pela cuidadora para atender as demandas de crianças por IDP. Os sujeitos são seis cuidadoras de crianças com IDP que recebem assistência no Hospital Dia Pediátrico (HDP) do Hospital dos Servidores do Estado (HSE/RJ). Trata-se de um Estudo de Caso com método qualitativo, cujos dados foram obtidos através de um questionário com perguntas semi-estruturadas. O Genograma e Ecomapa (WRIGHT E LEAHEY) objetivaram as conexões familiares e do mundo da cuidadora. O estudo foi realizado em consonância com a Resolução do Conselho Nacional de Saúde. Foram consideradas as categorias: Perfil das famílias e a Rede Social das cuidadoras através do genograma e ecomapa que apresenta as subcategorias: o suporte tecnológico e as demandas para o cuidado, rede de suporte e desgaste do micro e do macro-universo, os nós das políticas públicas e, o caminho tortuoso para a integralidade. Os tipos de ajuda percebidos pelas cuidadoras foram suporte institucional, divisões de tarefas, suporte afetivo, auxílio econômico, lazer e acesso às informações. Em contrapartida os conflitos se desvelam em um imenso caminho em que a cuidadora tem que perfazer na busca pelo atendimento à saúde de seus filhos. O percurso da cuidadora, através do ecomapa, mostra o confronto entre as demandas de CDTs, legalmente disponibilizadas e o acesso dificultado ou negado pela rede de saúde.	pt_BR
