| dc.description.abstractpt | The objective of this study is to analyze the implications of practices and strategies in managing tools used to improve healthcare services in light of Industry 5.0 through a systematic literature review conducted in the Web of Science and Virtual Health Library (BVS) databases, using descriptors structured according to DeCS/MeSH criteria; a total of 766 articles were analyzed between September and December 2023, with 20 included in the final synthesis based on the PRISMA protocol, and the results highlight that Industry 5.0 represents a shift toward a more human, personalized, and sustainable healthcare model, while technologies from Industry 4.0, such as wearables, telemedicine, 3D printing, and predictive analytics, have already contributed to greater diagnostic accuracy and efficiency; meanwhile, Industry 7.0 further personalizes care by integrating humans and machines collaboratively, providing more precise and empathetic services, which requires healthcare systems to adapt in order to balance advanced technology with humanization, though challenges remain such as infrastructure gaps, resistance to innovation among professionals, and concerns about data privacy and security; the study concludes that ethical, inclusive, and patient-centered application of emerging technologies could transform the healthcare sector, and to achieve this, investments in public policies, continuous professional development, and efficient integration of technological systems are necessary, offering an important contribution to the debate on health digitalization by emphasizing the need to balance innovation and humanization in patient care. | pt_BR |
